“I will be forever grateful for Karleigh’s kindness. Several weeks ago, my Border Collie Heidi Marie, had a seizure…My only choice was to head to VCA which was almost 2 hours away. When I called, Karleigh answered and tried to put me at ease. She met us at the door and took Heidi back to the exam room… 

Karleigh stayed 1.5 hours after her shift until Heidi was seen by the Doctor and checked in. Karleigh told me that she would be working the next evening, and that she would be there for Heidi. Throughout her shift, Karleigh sent me text updates and photos of my Heidi Marie. These photos and updates meant the world to me, and I am forever thankful for Kaleigh’s kindness.” – Melody R

Even after his hospitalization, every time we pulled into the parking lot for future visits, Oliver would get excited just knowing Kristen was there.
