For Veterinarians

Interested in carrying ElleVet in your practice?

At ElleVet our goal is to use science to create the best possible CBD + CBDA product for pets, and to create standards around the use of cannabinoids for animals. In 2016 we partnered with
Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine
in a clinical trial to gather scientific data, better understand our product, determine accurate dosing, and find out if cannabinoid treatments are truly effective. The trial was a double-blind placebo trial on dogs with multi-joint discomfort. Dr Joe Wakshlag from Cornell conducted the pharmacokinetic study and the clinical trial.

The result? Almost every dog showed improvement

We wanted evidence on dosing and efficacy so we could stand behind our product with the utmost confidence, and so veterinarians could trust our products. Today thousands of dogs take our product and show significant improvement.

We continue to learn

Since that first study, we have completed and published studies on dogs with seizures, pruritus, and stress. We have published findings on the acidic forms of the molecules and currently have more than 30 clinical trials and R and D studies ongoing.

Advisory board

We have an advisory board consisting of leaders in the veterinary community, and most recently welcomed Dr. Steve Ettinger to our advisory board.

We are committed

The support and backing of veterinarians are crucial to ElleVet’s mission. We have an efficacy guarantee for product sold through vet clinics and we have veterinarians on staff to provide support and a training team to teach your staff about using ElleVet.
